Privacy Statement: All payment processing is completed through PayPal, one of the most secure in the business. The only
information available to Crazy Fisherman is the customer's email address and physical address for shipping purposes. No
customer information is sold or shared with any other party.
Method of Shipment: Freight is calculated during checkout. Shipments are generally made through United States Postal
Service (USPS).
Availability & Back-Orders: Products temporarily out of stock will be backordered and shipped at earliest opportunity.
Shortages and Damages: Orders are quality inspected before shipment to ensure that merchandise ships in pristine
condition. Please inspect all goods upon receipt for damage. All claims for damages or shortages must be made to the Crazy
Fisherman Company within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transport
company within 5 days of receipt.
Returns: All return request must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be authorized by the Crazy
Fisherman Company prior to return. All returns must be in good, resalable condition as defined by the Crazy Fisherman
Company. A return authorization number will be provided by Crazy Fisherman for all returns, while return shipping will be the
responsibility of the customer. Any items returned without prior authorization may be declined.
