Volunteer Firefighters risk their lives to help their fellow man. Many small communities across the
country depend on volunteers for safety and rescue efforts. The only pay they receive is the personal
satisfaction of helping their neighbor. They embody the spirit of voluntarism which is what has made
our country great.
The Redwater Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a Team Bass Fishing Tournament on April 12,
2008. The tournament will take place on Intake Hill on Wright-Patman Lake in Northeast Texas (near
Texarkana). For more information on the tournament contact Danny Earls at
mudvillefireman@aol.com.
The proceeds from the tournament will support fire department expenses. The Crazy Fisherman
Company is proud to contribute 20% of every Redwater t-shirt sale to support their efforts.
